Beds were large enough and comfortable but there was so little floor space to walk around. Having multiple large pieces of luggage would be a challenge to move around here. To be comfortable, 2 people to a room would be best, 3 if you are packing light. Other than that, the staff were very helpful and accommodating and amenities were also great. I have never been to a hotel that had regular takoyaki nights, so it was a treat. Location- wise the hotel is not quite on the main road but is within a short walking distance to kanda station where you can find an alley of sushi restaurants. On the other end are some department stores as well. I would recommend this place to solo travelers, and couples. Families with young children may not find this location fun to stroll around.

Room was as expected for Tokyo, small but well appointed and great location near Kanda and other stations for easy access. 7/11 around the corner, supermarket 4min walk, family mart all close by. Staff were very nice and helpful, lent me an umbrella during the downpour :) and were very helpful in calling up restaurants for bookings etc. Staff all spoke very very good English and were always available. Perhaps the best feature of the room was the full black out blinds. given we were in Tokyo over the summer with sunrise from 4:30AM... the black out blinds/curtains kept the room pitch black no matter what time of day. this allowed for an awesome deep deep deep sleep to rest those legs after 20,000 steps a day.

The location and suburb could not have been more perfect. Kanda is a very Tokyo, not every touristy neighbourhood sitting right between Toyko Central and Akhiabara Stations. The hotel is in a quiet street with great restaurants and cafes within 1 minutes walk. We were able to walk to the Fish Markets, Dawn Avatar Robot Cafe, Snowboards and Skiiing shops and Akhiabara easily within 10 minutes. The train station was about a 4 minute walk away and interesting in itself. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond all the time. They spoke English very well and were always keen to offer friendly support with my beginner level Japanese.

Second time staying here and still is great value for money. Staff are very approachable and easy to talk to, they're also very accommodating with requests like late checkout, extra pillows, hangers, luggage storage, and even a makeshift ice pack. There's also free wine and takoyaki during certain hours of the evening which was very enjoyable. They have two coin laundries in the ground flr and offer free tea, coffee and water 24/7. Also loved the proximity to the station and that there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Still enjoyed our stay this time around and looking forward to staying here again! Thank you!

The staff were incredible. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel welcomed and taken care of. When my daughter lost her dolls at another hotel, they went above and beyond to make sure I could get the item delivered there. When i was leaving, Rea and Chyngyz were so kind and sent us off with amazing vibes. I would definitely stay here again. Location was great, only 1 station from Tokyo Station and a quick walk to some really great food places.
