Second time staying here and still is great value for money. Staff are very approachable and easy to talk to, they're also very accommodating with requests like late checkout, extra pillows, hangers, luggage storage, and even a makeshift ice pack. There's also free wine and takoyaki during certain hours of the evening which was very enjoyable. They have two coin laundries in the ground flr and offer free tea, coffee and water 24/7. Also loved the proximity to the station and that there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Still enjoyed our stay this time around and looking forward to staying here again! Thank you!

Good location - close to Kanda station, which is a very useful station. Also walking distance to Tokyo financial district for business trip. Very friendly and helpful staff with good English speaking capabilities - they booked a taxi for me at my request very efficiently. This hotel seemed very popular with foreign tourists and they seemed to be the vast majority of the guest population during my 10-night stay. Free alcoholic drinks 5pm-7pm was great. Free takoyaki later in the evening although I did not try it, it seemed popular. Rating of 9 reflects the excellent value and very friendly staff. I would usually stay at Mitsui Garden Otemachi but that has got very expensive over the past couple of years and whilst I think that is a better hotel, the value offered by SUI Kanda made this a better option for me and I would consider staying here again due to my positive experience.

Our stay was absolutely great! We first stayed here for two days, and we came back a week later and stayed for another seven days. The second time the room was very spacious, we had four suitcases and everything fit perfectly. Everything was spotless, and the staff are truly the kindest people in the world — absolute sweethearts. The location was perfect, the hotel is on a quiet street, so you can sleep peacefully at night, yet it’s very close to several train stations, which made it super easy to explore the city and to take day trips from the city. It was also such a fun touch that they offered free takoyaki at the end of the day, the perfect little snack when you come back to the hotel.

Location was ideal in Kanda on the Yamanote JR line and Ginza and Chuo subway lines and just a short walk to the Sobu JR line. While the room was small, this is expected for Tokyo and as a single traveler, the room and bathroom were appointed with everything I needed for my 10 night stay. With such friendly staff and evening treats (like free alcohol and takoyaki in the lobby!) it made for an excellent stay in Tokyo.

Very friendly staff and all necessities are provided for free with a few additional extras that were above expection. The property felt well furnished and extremely clean with a more premium and comfortable feeling. Keycards were high quality and easy to store, and all instructions given were very concise. For the area in Tokyo, the price is fair and is close to Kanda Station, making travelling easy.

I enjoyed my stay here. I found the room to be a decent size for a single person, enough space to fully open my suitcase. It's fairly clean, and the bathroom has all standard appliances for Japan aka - Japanese toilet and a bath. The location is in a quiet local area, not too touristy, rather filled with office workers. It's between a few major JR and metro stations, very convenient to get by. Enjoy the free drinks and takoyaki in the evenings!

Room was as expected for Tokyo, small but well appointed and great location near Kanda and other stations for easy access. 7/11 around the corner, supermarket 4min walk, family mart all close by. Staff were very nice and helpful, lent me an umbrella during the downpour :) and were very helpful in calling up restaurants for bookings etc. Staff all spoke very very good English and were always available. Perhaps the best feature of the room was the full black out blinds. given we were in Tokyo over the summer with sunrise from 4:30AM... the black out blinds/curtains kept the room pitch black no matter what time of day. this allowed for an awesome deep deep deep sleep to rest those legs after 20,000 steps a day.

Tons of conveniences!! From the free toiletries and coffee/tea area to free Takoyaki from 8 pm to 11 pm. There’s even a money exchange machine in cafe area and laundry. It’s almost like the best of a hostel and hotel in one spot. Terrific pricing. Rooms are well designed for the size! Tight spaces but excellent features all fit in from luggage storage, hot water pot to down comforter! Close to many major subway lines

The staff were incredible. Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel welcomed and taken care of. When my daughter lost her dolls at another hotel, they went above and beyond to make sure I could get the item delivered there. When i was leaving, Rea and Chyngyz were so kind and sent us off with amazing vibes. I would definitely stay here again. Location was great, only 1 station from Tokyo Station and a quick walk to some really great food places.

Beds were large enough and comfortable but there was so little floor space to walk around. Having multiple large pieces of luggage would be a challenge to move around here. To be comfortable, 2 people to a room would be best, 3 if you are packing light. Other than that, the staff were very helpful and accommodating and amenities were also great. I have never been to a hotel that had regular takoyaki nights, so it was a treat. Location- wise the hotel is not quite on the main road but is within a short walking distance to kanda station where you can find an alley of sushi restaurants. On the other end are some department stores as well. I would recommend this place to solo travelers, and couples. Families with young children may not find this location fun to stroll around.
